PAYMENT
May be made by VISA, Mastercard, Delta, etc. credit cards (subject to a 3% surcharge) and debit cards (no surcharges), Sterling (£) cheque drawn on a UK bank, US ($) cheques (subject to the addition of UK bank charges) and cash. All payments payee S. A. Baldwin, please.  Payment is requested in advance. A proforma invoice or receipt will be issued as required.

PRICES
Our prices are net and exclude packing, shipping and insurance which are extra at cost.

RETURNS
Any items may be returned if not as described. Please however do notify us of your intention to do so first.

SHIPPING
Items will be sent by the cheapest method e.g. Letter or parcel post within the UK, airmail to Europe and airmail or surface mail to the rest of the World.

INSURANCE
Goods in transit are covered by insurance.

TRADE TERMS
We offer a standard 10% discount to bona fide  dealers.

VALUE ADDED TAX
Currently books are zero rated in the UK and there is therefore no VAT to be added to the price. European Economic Community customers who are registered for VAT should quote their VAT number at the time of ordering to comply with current regulations.
